- Place roast into a slow cooker and pour BBQ sauce and stock over beef.
- Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
- Remove the beef from the crockpot.
- Shred with forks, setting aside any fatty pieces.
- Return the beef to the crockpot and allow to cook for another 30 minutes.
- Finely shred the cabbage with a mandolin or spiralizer.
- Mix together all other ingredients.
- Pour over the shredded cabbage and mix thoroughly.
- Build sliders with buns, shredded beef, and coleslaw.
